What each call spends
Each successful backend tool job costs 1 credit. Failed, timed-out or canceled queued jobs return their reserved credit. Polling does not spend credits.

Frequently asked questions
Your account shares one balance across online tools and external API calls. Backend tools, image processing and cloud sharing spend credits; browser-only tools do not.
Purchased credits and bonus credits have no expiry date. Each pack is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
$10 gives 10,000 credits. $50 gives 50,000 base credits plus 2,500 bonus credits (5%). $200 gives 200,000 base credits plus 20,000 bonus credits (10%). All credits arrive together after payment is verified.
Pack prices are in USD before tax. Waffo calculates any applicable tax based on billing details and shows the final amount before payment. Taxes do not add extra credits.
Credits are reserved when a job is submitted. Failed or timed-out jobs, and cancellations while queued, return the reserved credit automatically. Running jobs cannot be canceled.
Contact support for a payment refund. A confirmed refund deducts a proportional share of the purchased and bonus credits. A full refund removes all credits from that pack. If credits have already been spent, the balance may become negative and further paid tool calls require a top-up.
Purchases increase your balance only. External API calls share the account limit of 10 calls per calendar minute, including polling, across all API keys. Browser call limits are counted separately.
