What is Reaction Time Test tool?

Click as soon as the red panel turns green and choose 3, 5, 10 or 20 rounds with an optional unscored warm-up to see your average, best and false-start counts. The result includes browser, event and display latency, so treat it as an informal test rather than a clinical measurement.

FAQ

Wait while red, then click anywhere in the card as soon as it turns green. Choose 3, 5, 10 or 20 rounds; the result is their average. An optional one-round tutorial warm-up is unscored. Only the standard five-round test enters the leaderboard.

Clicking during red counts as a false start, is not averaged, and shortens the next wait. A green signal left unclicked for five seconds voids that round and nothing is submitted to the leaderboard.

The score includes browser timer, event dispatch and display refresh latency and depends on your device, monitor and environment. Use it to compare with your own history, not for medical or cognitive assessment.
